Managing stress.

Try holding a cup of coffee for two or three minutes.
You feel the cup is light in weight.
Hold the cup for fiveteen minutes or more.
You'll feel the cup is getting more and more heavier.
Maybe you feel the cup's weight is unbearable.
So, put the cup down for a while.
After a while, when you lift up the cup again,
you'll feel the normal pleasant cup weight.
The same thing happen with stress.
The more you cling and think about your problems,
it become more and more heavier.
Put it down for a while.
Take some deep breath.
Breathe in slowly.
Breathe out more slowly.
Relax.
When your mind is more clear,
your muscle tension disappear,
then, you are ready to move on.
