For every meal you take, should think it's not easy to get.

Do appreciate blessings.


Dalam setiap butir nasi, ada keringat petani, ada matahari, ada awan,

ada air, tanah dan pupuk. Ada energi kendaraan untuk membawa nasi sampai ketempat kita. ada api untuk memasak nya dll dll.


Being able to live one day in peace,

is a blessing.


Kadang kita mengharapkan berkat yang 'besar', padahal,

setiap hari dengan damai dihati adalah berkat yang besar.

Karena damai dihati, tidak mudah didapat,

pikiran kita penuh dengan macam macam hal.

Damai dihati adalah pikiran yang tenang.
